Patrick Hedger
Development Manager
As a Development Manager, Patrick is responsible for overseeing all phases of our development projects. This includes, but is not limited to land acquisition, environmental studies, resource studies, market analysis, interconnection, community outreach, and permitting. Patrick holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a A.S. in Engineering from Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC). During his undergraduate studies in Blacksburg, Patrick took an interest in rocketry and was on Virginia Tech’s Propulsion Sub Team.​
Jade Cessna
Project Developer
As Project Developer for Hickory Grove Wind, Jade helps lead the planning and advancement of the project from early development through key milestones. She works closely with landowners, local stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to support responsible project design, permitting, and community engagement. Jade is focused on developing Hickory Grove Wind thoughtfully, with an emphasis on strong local partnerships, long-term community benefits, and reliable renewable energy generation.
